Henry Bow
President & Chief Executive Officer

Henry joined IBR with almost forty years of management experience. He has experience in all facets of business with an extensive background in finance, operations and marketing as well as strategic planning and organizational development. He was a senior executive of a Canadian bank and most recently the president of Stratagem Services Inc., a merchant banking firm catering to small and medium sized businesses.

Ben Van Dyk
Director Of Technology Sales

Ben is one of the founders of IBR and was part of the research team that discovered and developed the proprietary process presently in use at IBR. He was instrumental in taking the Company public and is also the inventor and patent holder of the Shearator and Biofilter, both of which are licensed to IBR. Ben has been a general contractor for more than 35 years. As president of Van Dyk & Sons Contractors Ltd., he had direct responsibility for project management, personnel deployment and ultimate accountability for numerous multi-lot subdivisions in Burnaby and Vancouver, exclusive custom homes, commercial and retail strip malls, and institutional building projects.

Robert Nowell, C.G.A.
Controller


Bob has had over 15 years in senior financial management positions. His experience with publicly listed technology companies is particularly valuable to IBR. He has broad management experience beyond the accounting and financial sectors and has been active in community and not for profit organizations currently as Treasurer and Past President of the Rotary Club of North Vancouver.

Mack Van Dyk
Plant Manager


With IBR since its conception through the development of the EATAD Process in December 1993 and has been a key employee throughout the years of research, trials and development of the IBR Process as well as the Shearator and Macerator. Co-managed all aspects of the construction of current facility in North Vancouver. During the past 10 years at IBR, has been primarily responsible for the operations of the North Vancouver Facility as well as all aspects of the plant employees with the hiring, training, IBR's Joint Safety Committee, and the development of IBR's Occupational Health and Safety Programs as well as coordination with IBR's Research Department and Waste Collections on the reception of the various waste streams. He is also is responsible for the dealings with Regulatory Agencies.

S.R. Prabhu, M.SC.AG.

Senior Researcher

Over the past ten years S. R. Prabhu has focused on the development and implementation of biological technology into large-scale agriculture. He has completed his Ph. D requirements at the University of Mangalore, India in Agricultural Microbiology. His responsibilities include adding value to the production and marketing of IBR's products.
