IBR is committed to an ongoing R & D program, which serves to unlock and further define the potential benefits of its products. IBR’s steadfast commitment to research and development is evident from the following:

• IBR has successfully conducted over 100 trials in the 2001-2004 period, with an on-going additional trials program.
  

• Significant yield increase in potato trials; more importantly demonstrated improvement in the quality and unit value of the potatoes
  
• Demonstrated improvements in yields of blueberries
  
• Positive data from the trials in turf have resulted in on-going sales to commercial golf courses and sport's fields
  
• Promising results reported from trials conducted in South East Asia on leafy vegetables out-performing conventional applications
  
• Encouraging results on carrots and cotton
  
• A thirty percent increase in yields on tomatoes
  
• Current trials have been expanded to include rice and aquaculture in Asia, and disease control on fruits, hops and vegetables in North America
